How much does a 10-marla house cost to build in Lahore?

The cost of a 10-marla house depends on covered area, number of floors, structural design and finishing quality. Plot size alone cannot produce an accurate total.

Step 1: calculate covered area

Add the covered ground-floor and first-floor areas, plus any basement, mumty or covered service areas included in the contract. Many 10-marla homes fall within a broad covered-area range, but the approved plan must be used.

Step 2: choose the construction level
