Quality is not a finishing touch. It begins with how a project is planned.
At Desire2Home, we believe construction should feel clear, accountable and thoughtfully managed from the first conversation to final handover. Our responsibility is not only to build a structure, but to protect the client’s vision through sound planning, honest communication and disciplined execution.

View All FAQs01How is the construction cost calculated?+
The initial estimate is calculated by multiplying the total covered area by the selected per-square-foot rate. A detailed quotation is prepared after reviewing drawings, plot location, soil and site conditions, number of floors, structural requirements and the agreed material specification.
02Should I enter plot size or covered area in the calculator?+
Enter the total covered construction area across all floors. Plot size and covered area are different. For example, a 10-marla plot may have a different covered area depending on setbacks, floor planning and the number of storeys.
03What is included in grey structure construction?+
Grey structure generally covers excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete work, brick masonry, roof slabs, plaster, concealed electrical conduits and plumbing lines, subject to the approved scope and specifications. Finishing materials such as tiles, paint, kitchens, wardrobes and sanitary fixtures are not included unless stated in the contract.
04What is included in turnkey house construction?+
Turnkey construction is a coordinated design-to-handover service. Depending on the agreed package, it can include architectural planning, grey structure, flooring, ceilings, paint, doors, kitchens, wardrobes, electrical and sanitary fixtures, external works, inspections and final handover.
05What is the difference between standard, premium and luxury finishing?+
The difference is mainly in material brands, sizes, specifications, detailing and workmanship expectations. Standard finishing focuses on practical value, premium finishing uses upgraded materials and detailing, while luxury finishing allows high-end selections, customised joinery and more complex design features.
06Are the calculator rates final?+
No. The online calculator provides an indicative covered-area estimate. Final pricing depends on approved drawings, structural design, basement requirements, soil conditions, project location, selected brands, market prices and the final bill of quantities.
